Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – Full Time | Warren, MI
Make Every Treatment Session Count!
Concept Rehab is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in Warren, Michigan.
This is a great opportunity for a COTA who enjoys helping residents improve everyday functional skills and regain confidence in their daily routines.
Position Highlights:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
- Assist with functional mobility, upper extremity exercises, coordination, and adaptive techniques.
- Track resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Requirements:
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
- Previous skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality resident care.
