Cash Application Associate

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, and any correspondence , customer reconciliations in order to follow-up collection
• Monitor and record customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities (disputes)
• Request and support re-invoicing according with client's specifications, follow-up with revenue associate and provide any clarification
• Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client disputes and short payments
• Dispatch invoices to the client, could be by mail, mailing or portal sites
• Follow established procedures for processing payments
• Manage daily cash application of payments made to several banks accounts
• Responsible for cash reconciliation process, if needed request support to collection teams in order to identify client’s payment details and minimize

 

• 负责监控和维护分配的应收账户情况，通过电话/邮件等方式跟客户进行协调、沟通，完成款项的跟进与回收
• 监察和记录客户的付款细节情况（如拖延付款，有纠纷的款项事宜，以及非常规的付款异常等问题）
• 针对需要重开发票的项目，结合客户实际情况，提出重开发票申请及相关的事宜，如及时的与收入组的同事沟通并对相关的重发票问题作出解答
• 提供有关收款问题的客户服务，处理和审查帐户调整，解决客户争议和未能全额付款等问题
• 通过快递，电子邮件或门户网站提交发票
• 根据相应的制度流程，核销款项
• 多个银行收款账户的日常管理
• 负责现金对账流程，若有需要，可向收款团队请求帮助，以确定客户的付款细节并尽量减少无法核销的情况出现

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Fluency in English and Mandarin mandatory; Cantonese preferred
• Experience working in Collections or Accounting

 

• 财务管理或会计专业优先考虑
• 较好的英语或国语能力；会粤语优先考虑
• 有从事会计或催收款的相关工作经验
