Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager is to support the project management and execution of regional product or segment promotion activities. This is an exciting role which will focus on our key innovations we are bringing value to market and one that will be a key interface between the business areas, sales, segment marketing, technical teams as well as local supporting functions to ensure campaign excellence.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

 

•        Support relevant product promotion campaign or segment solution campaign from communication perspective

•        Define communication strategy to support innovation relevant campaign by working together with BA/Segment Marketing

•        Interface with GA sales team and lead field relevant marketing activities to support GA new customer explore and business growing.

•        Transfer and broadcast innovation and values into the target market through different communication channel

•        Organized, adaptable, and efficient project manager with certifications or relevant experience and proficiency managing complex, multi-faceted projects

•        Experience in bringing key products or segment solution values to market successfully in diverse communication approach

•        Planning, Integration & execution campaign plan to drive leads generation and achieve MQL or other KPIs

 

Qualification & Skills:

 

•        Bachelor or above degree in business administration, marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field.

•        A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in project management focused role in a sales or marketing function.

•        Excellent team player collaborating skills and proven ability to work in multi-functional teams

•        Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills capable of presenting to both junior and senior leaders in the organization

•        Self-driven work style; Ability to work efficiently and in a customer-focused way

•        Biopharmaceutical experience and/or single-use experience is a plus

•        Entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness, to survive in a fast-moving international organization dedicated to the growth with a pension for problem solving

•        Several years of experience in project management and in the coordination of complex projects in a matrix organization.

•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
