A Typical Camp Day
You’ll start by connecting with fellow staff to set priorities for the day and confirm how campers and team members are being supported. Throughout the day, you’ll be visible and approachable—helping reinforce a culture of inclusivity, respect, and emotional safety. Expect time outdoors checking in across camp spaces, adjusting plans when weather or attendance shifts, and keeping communication clear so small issues don’t become big ones. As the day closes, you’ll regroup with staff, document key updates, and prepare for what’s next—steady, organized, and focused on a positive camp experience for everyone.
