Description
Overview
Join the Lehigh Country Club team as a Server Assistant and help create a welcoming, smooth dining experience. You’ll support servers and kitchen staff by keeping tables ready, running food, and responding to guest needs with care. Your impact: Clean, timely table service helps guests enjoy their meals and enables the team to serve them efficiently.
Duties
- Bus and reset tables; maintain clean dining and service areas.
- Run food from the kitchen and support serving tasks.
- Provide attentive service to members and guests; communicate requests clearly to servers and kitchen staff.
Experience
- Food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience is helpful; experience with bussing, food running, or serving is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling, food preparation, and food safety is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach support success in this role.
- Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely as required.
