In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and industry partners, lead high-impact growth initiatives, and help shape the solutions that healthcare organizations rely on to improve patient, caregiver, and operational outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to drive market expansion and deliver meaningful business results.
What You'll Do

- Develop and execute strategies to expand Interiors Group revenue across healthcare systems, IDNs, long-term care organizations, GPOs, and channel partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted healthcare accounts.
- Develop compelling value propositions focused on patient privacy, infection prevention, standardization, operational efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Support annual business planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
Lead Strategic Partnerships and Programs
- Build and manage relationships with key healthcare organizations, purchasing groups, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement programs that drive customer adoption and accelerate market penetration.
- Lead efforts to secure enterprise-wide privacy and interiors solutions programs within healthcare systems.
- Support specification activity and product adoption on major healthcare construction, renovation, and replacement projects.
- Participate in contract negotiations, business reviews, and program implementation efforts.
Partner with Sales Teams to Win Business
- Serve as a healthcare market expert and trusted resource for account executives and sales leaders.
- Collaborate on large healthcare opportunities, strategic pursuits, and RFP responses.
- Develop account and territory growth plans alongside sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Deliver market insights, training, and tools that enhance healthcare selling effectiveness.
- Work closely with healthcare-focused sales teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Influence Product and Market Strategy
- Bring customer and market insights to internal teams to inform product development, innovation, and go-to-market planning.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment around healthcare growth priorities.
- Identify strategic partnerships and market opportunities that strengthen the company's position within healthcare.
- Track pipeline performance, growth initiatives, and key market trends to drive execution and results.
