The Payments area is one of the bank's strategic pillars, responsible for moving trillions of dollars annually and for sustaining the critical infrastructure that enables global commerce.
We are looking for an Associate for Business Analysis to represent LATAM Operations requirements in project squads focused on Cash Rails and payments products, with a focus on new products. This position sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Operations, playing a central role in translating business needs into structured, efficient, and scalable solutions, with a strong orientation toward operational resilience and regional expertise in Latin America.

- Coordinate and formalize, in a didactic way, the Operational Requirements derived from projects and new products, in partnership with Products, Operations, and Technology teams;
- Liaise effectively between lines of business with empathy and understanding to achieve common and strategic goals as a team, collaboratively contributing to program updates;
- Coordinate testing planning: defining testing scope and UAT completion strategy, helping the team achieve its goals;
- Coordinate the Implementation plan from an Operations perspective;
- Maintain stakeholders updated regarding project status and next steps;
- Prepare senior management presentations highlighting progress against milestones, risks, issues, and any barriers requiring escalation;
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to identify barriers preventing efficient change delivery.

- Extensive familiarity and experience leading people, understanding operational requirements, and the ability to critically assess and suggest solutions to optimize operational processes aligned with business interests;
- Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written), articulating complex concepts clearly to differing audiences across multiple regions, and negotiating internal priorities among project stakeholders in Latin America;
- Capability to create documents containing business and functional requirements, and to create diagrams of current and future flows from an Operations perspective;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and project management principles;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, handling simultaneous workstreams, shifting priorities, and dynamic deadlines typical of new product launches, platform modernization, and operational process automation projects;
- Resilient profile, remaining productive and stable amid constant change and competing priorities;
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in Spanish, as the area also supports LATAM operations covering Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil;

- Knowledge of artificial intelligence initiatives and applications in the operational and payments context;
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly for leading discussions among areas with differing interests and priorities;
- Indirect leadership profile — ability to influence, align, and mobilize cross-functional teams without formal authority;
- Excellent presentation skills.
