We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our block plant production team. This position involves operating manufacturing equipment, assisting with concrete block production, inspecting finished products, and performing general labor duties.
No previous experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidates!
Work Schedule & Pay
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime on Fridays as needed
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
Job Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment, including machines with basic computer controls.
- Assist with concrete production by removing defective products and placing finished products onto pallets.
- Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or issues.
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any problems to a supervisor.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep as needed.
- Learn to operate various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts.
- Assist with general plant duties and production needs.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate different types of equipment.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and regularly lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
