Barista - Part-time

Love the art of a perfect pour, the hum of a bustling cafe, and making someone’s morning? At Creative Dining Services at the University of Saint Francis we do hospitality differently—making it fun, innovative, and deeply connected to the community. We are looking for an energetic Barista to craft great drinks, build genuine connections, and help us maintain a vibrant, positive coffee shop environment.

Your Impact on the Team:

• Craft & Create: Prepare and beautifully present specialty coffee, food, and beverages to our established recipe and presentation standards.

• Fuel the Community: Deliver fast, efficient, and exceptionally friendly service, transforming every customer's visit into a quality experience.

• Be a Problem Solver: Stay proactive to keep things running smoothly, turning any guest issues into positive solutions on the spot.

• Manage the Counter: Run the register and credit card machines with accuracy while following standard cash handling procedures.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the coffee world and bring fresh, innovative operational suggestions to the table.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Coffee or Retail Roots: Six months of specialty coffee experience or one year of retail experience.

• Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge to navigate our digital ordering systems.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but your passion and experience matter most.
