Do you love coffee, enjoy meeting new people, and take pride in making someone’s day a little better? Stew Jr’s Coffee Market is looking for a positive, outgoing, and dependable Barista to join our Team as we grow a new venture at Mills Ford in Brainerd! At Stew Jr’s, we’re bringing handcrafted coffee, specialty teas, energy drinks, and more to our local community!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome Guests with a friendly attitude and create a positive experience with every visit.
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso drinks, specialty teas, energy drinks, and other beverages.
- Learn drink recipes and help Guests discover their new favorites.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, payment systems, and other beverage equipment.
- Keep the coffee stand, equipment, and service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Work efficiently, multitask, and support your fellow Team Members.
- Help create a welcoming coffee experience that keeps Guests coming back.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for coffee and excellent Guest service.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous barista, coffee shop, or food service experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience preparing espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and operating coffee equipment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including mornings and occasional weekends as needed.
Pay & Opportunity
- Starting pay: $15.00–$16.00+ per hour, will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Additional tips from Guests at their discretion. Tips are not guaranteed.
