Back-End Estimator | No Weekends | $22–$25/hr + Bonus | Des Moines, WA
CARSTAR Murray’s in Des Moines is hiring a Back-End Estimator. You’ll be the estimator who makes the repair plan right before the wrench turns: working alongside techs during teardown, building accurate supplements, and keeping every job moving through our busiest shop. We’re an easy drive from Kent, Renton, Burien, Tukwila and SeaTac, with no fighting traffic into Seattle.
Why Murray’s
Murray’s Collision Group has been family-owned and serving the Puget Sound since 1984. Today we run CARSTAR and Fix Auto shops across the region, and we’re still growing. That means stability, real benefits, and a centralized support team behind every shop, so you’re never on your own. At heart we’re still a family business, where people know your name and your work gets noticed.

- Tesla-certified. Work on some of the most in-demand vehicles on the road at our Tesla-certified repair center.
