Land Rover Moncton is looking for a Red Seal Automotive Technician to join our team! As a Red Seal Automotive Technician, you’ll work on vehicles known for their legendary capability, luxury craftsmanship, and innovation. You’ll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while working alongside a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and doing things right.

Compensation:

Hourly Wage Range: $30.50 – $34.75

Our Performance Incentive Program rewards your productivity on top of your regular pay, with bonus dollars added for every billable hour produced and tracked in your Personal Incentive Bank for an annual payout.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Land Rover vehicles
• Work with sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and drivetrain systems
• Ensure repairs meet Land Rover and Steele Auto Group quality standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with the service team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop environment
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance service department
