About the role
Pay: Average Sales Associates earn $1,000 a week and top associates earn $2,000+ Commission based pay. Unlimited Earnings Potential.
We are seeking motivated, passionate customer advocates to join our Sales Team. We have exclusive locations where customers come to you. This is not door-to-door sales, and this is not telemarketing. Great pay with great bonus opportunities. Sales or customer service experience a plus. Paid Training plus great commissions.
Shift: Full-time, Day shift

What you'll do as an Auto Glass Windshield Sales Associate?
Assist and inform customers of auto glass services (repair/replace/tint)
Set mobile appointments
Perform windshield chip repairs
Other duties as assigned
The Best Candidates will possess:
Previous sales experience a plus.
Previous customer service experience a plus especially big, friendly personalities.
Flexible availability to work mornings/afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The ability to effectively communicate with others and follow directions.
Reliable transportation.
Physical Environment:
Ability to bend, twist, stand, and work outside for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs.
