This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to help shape and grow our acoustics presence in Scotland, with opportunities to support the growth of the team and their own career from our Glasgow office.
We are seeking an experienced Associate / Associate Director to lead our flagship and technically complex projects which range from those of national significance to other strategic or advisory projects. We provide the opportunity to work across sectors including renewable energy, commercial and industrial, residential, sports and leisure and infrastructure.
Leading by example by placing people and projects at the forefront of our working, including mentoring junior staff, contributing to the team’s technical advancements and taking a client-centric approach.
Promoting the WSP culture by taking a dynamic and collaborative approach to problem solving and delivering client focused global best practice with an emphasis on selling value not time.

We have a large, highly experienced and professional acoustics team showcasing their expertise on a diverse range of interesting projects across a number of sectors within the UK for both private and public sector clients.
