About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HSE Manager in implementing and monitoring the Project HSE Management Plan and HSE strategy.
- Monitor compliance with local HSE regulations, company policies, and project-specific HSE requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and workplace assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and track the closure of HSE observations, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate HSE awareness programs, safety campaigns, and training initiatives for contractors and consultants.
- Prepare HSE reports, KPI dashboards, statistics, and management presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, HSE Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional HSE certifications are preferred:
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction
- ISO 45001 Internal or Lead Auditor
- ISO 14001 Internal or Lead Auditor
- Relevant national HSE certification (e.g., AK3 Umum or equivalent)
Experience & Skills
- 5-10 years of HSE experience, preferably within Data Centers
- Previous experience supporting Data Center projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of high-risk construction activities and commissioning safety.
