Xavier College invites applications from a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join our Gawler Belt (7-12) campus. Commencing January 2027, this permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to inspire students and support their academic, social and personal development.
As a Teacher at Xavier College, you will:
Work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, and parents/caregivers to facilitate positive learning by students and engage in educational reform
Design, plan and deliver high-quality teaching that aligns with the school's curriculum and educational standards
Tailor your teaching approach to meet the unique needs and learning styles of your students
Establish and maintain collaborative and supportive professional relationships with staff, students, and families

About You
The successful candidate will be a passionate educator with the ability to engage students through practical and meaningful learning experiences. You will demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, a collaborative approach to teaching and learning, and a commitment to fostering student curiosity and participation. Experience or qualifications in Art will be highly regarded, along with a strong alignment to the values and Catholic ethos of the College.
