AP Accountant & Cashier_MA

Job Description

1. Audit and verify AP invoices (Indirect Procurement, FRC/BOC direct procurement), payment requisitions, and employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance.
2. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely payment processing.
3. Handle daily cashiering duties, export bank receipts, upload them to Kingdee, perform E-banking checks, and manage bank payment instructions.
4. Review AP aging, offset prepayments, generate payment orders, and process sales refund payments.
5. Prepare monthly financial reports, including AP & OP Aging reports and AP Accrual Aging reports.
6. Maintain the fixed asset register, process asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, calculate monthly depreciation, and assist in physical asset counts.
7. Assist in revenue-related month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications

1. College diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).  Familiarity with Kingdee software is a strong advantage
4. Solid understanding of Chinese accounting standards and basic tax regulations
5. High level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
6. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
