The ideal candidate brings proven ASC management experience, perioperative nursing leadership, sound business judgment, and a passion for creating an exceptional patient and physician experience. The position is exclusively focused on management, leadership, and supervision and is not routinely assigned direct patient care responsibilities. - Drive Quality & Patient Safety: Lead quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Medical Director while overseeing infection prevention, medication safety, sterile processing, incident investigations, and patient concerns.
- Ensure Regulatory & Accreditation Excellence: Maintain facility licenses, certifications, and accreditation; oversee survey readiness, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee Governance & Medical Staff Credentialing: Implement governing-body policies, prepare operational and quality reports, and maintain medical staff credentialing, privileging, and renewal records.
- Manage Financial & Operational Performance: Own the center's budget and financial performance while monitoring labor, supply, implant, and case costs and partnering with finance and revenue cycle teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee Resources, Facilities & Safety: Manage supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility maintenance while ensuring emergency preparedness, patient privacy, accurate records, and appropriate administrative and clinical leadership coverage.
