About the role
As an Ambassador, you will be the vibrant face of engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences in this popular holiday immersive experience that's back for another season! Your enthusiasm will provide an amazing experience while ensuring exceptional customer service. This popular immersive holiday experience features dazzling lights, festive attractions and an indoor ice-skating rink.
This is a seasonal employment opportunity starting on November 30, 2026 to January 3, 2027. On-boarding will begin approximately 2 weeks prior.
What you’ll do
Assist and guide guests through the holiday immersive experience.
Engage guests with a friendly demeanor, providing top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Utilize your communication skills to effectively enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote product visibility.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and basic math skills are utilized at all times.
Assist with stocking shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers while maintaining cleanliness.
Basic qualifications
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
