Le rôle principal du technicien de production :

Le technicien de production industrielle est responsable de la conduite d’une ou plusieurs activités de fabrication et de conditionnement de médicaments, en respectant les bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF), les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, ainsi que les procédures et délais requis, afin d’assurer la qualité du produit final.

 

Les missions principales :

• La préparation, le lancement et le suivi de l’activité et de la performance de la ligne de production.
• La gestion des écarts du processus de production.
• La résolution des problèmes sur la ligne de production.
• L’organisation du travail des équipes de production.
• L’accompagnement des personnels de production dans leur adaptation au poste.
• L’amélioration continue des indicateurs de production.
• Horaires : Le travail s’effectue en semi-continu (2×8) ou en continu (5x8) et requiert le port d’une tenue spécifique et d’équipements de protection.

 

Compétences requises :

• Maîtrise des règles BPF/qualité et des normes de sécurité.
• Agilité avec les systèmes informatisés et une curiosité intellectuelle marquée par une capacité d’apprentissage rapide.
• Esprit d’équipe, aptitude à collaborer et à communiquer efficacement, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
• Bonne organisation, rigueur et capacité d’analyse.
• Respect strict des règles et procédures dans un environnement exigeant et propre.

 

Langues :

• Français : Langue maternelle ou niveau C1.
• Anglais ou Allemand : Des connaissances techniques de base seraient un plus.
