AI Transformation Specialist (all genders)

Your mission:

• As the central point of contact and a key driver of AI initiatives, you will shape and develop our company-wide AI roadmap, with significant creative freedom and ownership
• You will work closely with business departments to identify opportunities for AI adoption and assess their potential business value
• You will facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders to develop, evaluate, and prioritize new AI use cases
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and other technologies
• In collaboration with IT and other business departments, you will establish standards for AI governance, security, and compliance
• You will support the integration of AI capabilities into existing systems and applications, such as Salesforce, proALPHA ERP, Confluence, and YouTrack
• You will continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and potential vendors
• You will build AI expertise across the organization and support colleagues in making effective use of AI tools
• You will manage pilot projects from initial concept through to successful implementation in production
• You will measure the success of implemented initiatives based on tangible results and continuously improve existing solutions

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology consulting, and have already implemented AI solutions
• You have in-depth knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI
• You have a solid understanding of business processes and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and document management systems
• Ideally, you have experience in automation, low-code development, prompt engineering, AI agents, as well as AI governance, information security, and data protection
• You stand out through your analytical thinking, structured approach, strong communication skills, and proactive mindset
• You have excellent German and English language skills
