Job Summary
Performs duties in planning, directing and coordinating secretarial and administration functions of department. Handles independently a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions.Essential Functions
- All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.
- Performs administrative secretarial responsibilities required to maintain effective function of the department.
- Responsible for department specific projects as assigned. (i.e. special events, mass mailings, policy manual update, training, etc.)
- Coordinates department schedule and/or calendar.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
- This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
- Education - High School diploma or equivalent OR post high school diploma / highest degree earned
- Experience - Two (2) years of related experience
