Aluminum Dynamics Inc is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join the UBC Recycling Facility finance team. This position is responsible for efficiently processing a high volume of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments while supporting the organization's financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, adhering to matching principles
- Process employee expense reports
- Prepare checks and wires
- Analyze and track payment history
- Communicate with vendors, resolving issues as they arise
- Prepare and post month-end accrual journal entries
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
Required
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate with clarity and impact
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)
- OnBase A/P Software
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
