About the role
Join our Accounts Payable team at Scott!
This is an opportunity to develop your accounting skills while playing a key role in managing supplier transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting efficient payment operations within a diversified company representing renowned international brands across the FMCG, pharmaceutical and fresh products sectors.
What You'II Do
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes through our ERP system
- Match supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes, investigating any discrepancies.
- Manage recurring invoices, credit card statements, prepayments and expense claims
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding purchase orders
- Assist with month-end closing activities and related financial reconciliations

What We're Looking for:
- HSC with ACCA Applied Knowledge level, a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable.
- ERP and good Excel skills; Oracle experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Mauritian VAT and import documentation is a plus.
- Good command of English and French.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
