Accounts Assistant
Permanent 25-30 hours per week
Salary 32,000 pro rata (25-30 hours per week)
A family owned Independent Irish retail business operating a number of supermarkets across Ireland is looking for an accounts assistant to join their head office team based near Naas Co. Kildare
Responsibilities
Reconciling invoices with PODs on our central billing system
Posting invoices onto accounting software (sage)
Monthly supplier payments
Creditors reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Assisting with month end processes
Dealing with supplier queries
Maintaining and following up on invoice queries and credit requests
Payroll
Requirements
Previous experience in an accounting role
Great communication skills
Organised and great attention to detail
Strong Excel Skills
Can do attitude
