You are detail-oriented, have excellent computer skills, and are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Billing Coordinator - process around 100 monthly invoices.
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness and obtain Project Manager approvals.
- Submit invoices to clients and respond to any billing questions.
- Keep track of budget amounts and provide information to clients upon request.
- Light collections for your assigned accounts.
- Backup for AP, AR, and reception as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the customer service or accounting field.
- Dedication to quality and customer service.
- Ability to communicate well with employees and all levels of management.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to adapt to change in business conditions and environments.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with multiple deadlines.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software preferred but not necessary.
Work Schedule:
- On-site, in Pleasanton, CA
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Competitive salary from $28 to $34 per hour depending on experience and skill set.
