What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or Finance. Postgraduate studies in Taxation are a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in general accounting.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Experience with tax compliance, VAT, financial analysis, and budgeting.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency.

• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee monthly financial statements, year-end reporting, and month-end closing activities.

• Analyze expenses, gross profit, and financial variances to support business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations and VAT requirements.

• Oversee general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.

• Collaborate with global tax teams, external auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Provide financial insights and guidance to business leaders.
