What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motorcycles, marine and powersports equipment.
• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Complete repairs and service work accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with service team members to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Stay current with evolving technology, repair procedures, and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• A valid 310G Motorcycle Technician Certificate of Qualification or applicable recognized equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing motorcycles and/or marine and powersports equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• A commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• A passion for motorcycles, marine products, and powersports technology.
