2nd Shift Lead Order Picker – $19.25/hr
Full‑Time | Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
We’re looking for a high‑energy 2nd Shift Lead Order Picker who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and knows how to keep a team moving. If you’re reliable, organized, and ready to lead by example, this role gives you the chance to shine and grow.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support order pickers throughout the shift
Assign tasks based on priorities from the Area Manager
Jump in as the go‑to problem solver and resource for the team
Train employees and provide hands‑on, constructive feedback
Keep morale high and encourage teamwork
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Look for ways to improve workflow and boost productivity
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of warehouse or order‑picking experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and RF scanners
Motivated, reliable, and ready to lead by example
