Welder

Skillforce is seeking an experienced Welder for a project in Covington, TN. The ideal candidate is skilled with an oxy-fuel torch and can accurately chamfer or bevel metal using a torch.

Pay: $25+, depending on experience

Shift: 1st, working 40-45 hours a week

Welder Responsibilities

• Use an oxy-fuel torch to cut and prepare metal
• Chamfer or bevel materials to meet project specifications
• Perform welding work as needed
• Follow job-site safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship

Welder Requirements

• Previous welding experience
• Hands-on experience operating an oxy-fuel torch
• Ability to chamfer or bevel metal with a torch
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Must have all tools and PPE
