- Reply to tickets received on Freshdesk from say.hello@kotak.com
- Make outbound calls to customers for NPS
- Make outbound calls to customers for any document requirement / clarification
- Manage their KPIS like CSAT, FRT, count of tickets, AHT etc
- Raise Jira Tickets to internal teams like Tech / Product etc on customer cases requiring intervention.
