The Role

We’re seeking a Senior SAP Consultant (L2) with strong functional and technical expertise across SAP modules such as MDG, ABAP, SD, FI-AA, BW/BO, and HR. In this role, you will lead solution design, configuration, enhancements, and technical development to support end-to-end SAP delivery. You will collaborate with business teams, guide junior consultants, and contribute to both implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

·       Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts across modules such as MDG, SD, FI-AA, BW/BO, HR, and ABAP.

·       Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business needs.

·       Lead requirement analysis, documentation, and system design activities.

·       Develop RICEF objects using ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

·       Build and manage MDG workflows, data models, validations, and BRF+ rules.

·       Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

·       Perform system integration, functional testing, and performance tuning.

·       Support data migration, data validation, and quality assurance.

·       Provide issue resolution, incident management, and user support.

·       Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

·       5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with expertise in at least one full-cycle implementation.

·       Strong domain knowledge in one or more SAP areas: MDG, ABAP, SD, FI-AA, BW/BO, HR.

·       Ability to work across functional and technical landscapes.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

·       Experience collaborating with distributed teams and working directly with business stakeholders.

·       Good understanding of SAP architecture, integration principles, and data models.

·       SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM (optional)

Nice to Have

·       SAP certifications in relevant modules

·       Experience with Agile methodologies or DevOps practices

·       Familiarity with European/DACH region processes and working models

·       Prior experience in multinational or large enterprise projects
