About the role
* Handle tele-callers' collections and ensure achievement of monthly collection targets. * Monitor and guide the team on daily collection activities and call quality. * Coordinate with the team for daily operations and updates. * Continuously analyze and improve team performance through feedback and motivation. * Prepare and publish daily performance reports and track productivity. * Manage attrition within the assigned team and maintain discipline. * Ensure a smooth process flow for collection operations. * Implement new adaptable strategies to enhance efficiency and target achievement.
