About the role
Assist with the creation and management of backlog for a project or initiative, providing inputs for capability vision and future state based. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product development process. Create and maintain product and capability documentation and flowcharts, working with scrum team to break down high-level features into actionable user stories and tasks. Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Analyze opportunities for root cause remediations. Prepares stakeholder communications. Responsible for tactical agile delivery of projects, facilitating sprint planning and daily stand-ups with scrum masters and project managers. Communicates product updates and progress to stakeholders. Identifies potential risks in the product development process and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, or other related field.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
