Sales Manager

Company Neoparta established in 2012 is a part of one of the biggest automotive groups in Lithuania which has been in automotive business for more than 30 years. The group has direct contracts with car manufacturers and owns many dealerships and workshops across Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and Poland.

Today, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and new clients;
• Active search for new clients, including cold calling and outreach;
• Advise customers about products and proceedure;
• Update, maintain, and analyze sales data;
• Prepare commercial offers, manage sales documentation, work with CRM and other inner systems.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales;
• Strong communication and negotiation, presentation skills (interest in different car brands is a plus);
• Proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility;
• Good organizational skills, attention to details;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formulas, analysis);
• Ability to memorise and process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently;
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) systems;
• Good communication skills in English - both spoken and written.

Salary: 1800 - 3500 €/mon. gross. Additional bonuses will be discussed individually with the selected candidates.
