About the role
We are seeking a committed and highly organized Sales Coordinator professional to strengthen our Sales team and support commercial strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the organization and coordination of site inspections and familiarization trips (fam trips), ensuring effective communication between clients and internal departments.
- Provide support to the Sales team in the receipt, follow-up, and tracking of proposals.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring proper management of leads and business opportunities.
- Assist the Events team in the coordination and execution of events.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or studies in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong negotiation, organization, planning, and execution skills for coordinating client site tours and property inspections.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Previous hotel industry experience and skills are considered an asset but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
