What You'll Do
- Execute high-quality interior and exterior residential painting projects.
- Perform thorough surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming.
- Apply coatings with attention to coverage, consistency, clean lines, and a professional finish.
- Protect homeowners' property and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Manage your time effectively while maintaining Heiler's quality standards.
- Communicate professionally.
- Take responsibility for your work and hold others accountable to achieve the highest quality product.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for skilled professionals who understand that excellent painting is about more than applying paint. It's about preparation, attention to detail, consistency, and taking pride in the finished product.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in professional in both interior and exterior residential painting.
- Strong surface preparation and finish-painting skills.
- A proven commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills and effective time management.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work safely on ladders or scaffolding up to 40 feet when required.
