Representative - Event and Promotions Lead

The Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotions, events, and guest engagement initiatives to drive participation and enhance the guest experience
• Perform responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and other duties as assigned
• Issue complimentary items and offers to guests based on established play levels and company guidelines
• Deliver exceptional guest service and build lasting relationships with patrons
• Execute marketing promotions, special events, and casino activations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures
• Respond to and resolve escalated guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure successful execution of promotions and events
• Conduct drawings and promotional activities using the casino drawing system
• Maintain accurate inventory records for promotional items, gifts, and gift cards
• Perform responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and other duties as assigned
• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere

Compensation:

• Target Rate: $25.30/Hour

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color
• The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations
