Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter, where you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the organization. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, manage the recruiting process from sourcing through offer, and create a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business objectives and current and future recruitment needs.
• Develop and implement proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies and campaigns to achieve current and future staffing levels.
• Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring/market data to managers and leaders.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and client relationship management tool.
• Participate in broader talent initiatives to continuously improve talent attraction, acquisition, and engagement strategies.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and provide exceptional candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Must have recruitment experience in high-volume and professional recruiting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities on tight deadlines.
• Strong desire to learn and understand business goals and translate into recruitment goals.

Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
