What You Will Do

• Produce bridge and roadway design plans.
• Calculate structural geometry, rebar layouts, and quantities.
• Manage CAD tasks on small to mid-sized projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD staff on standards and advanced techniques.
• Keep deliverables aligned with company CAD standards and DOT requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and multidiscipline teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Associate degree from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of CAD/design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley software.
• Experience with INDOT or Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia DOT projects.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
• NBIS bridge inspection experience.
