About the role
- Identify and acquire new affluent and high-net-worth household customers through referrals, leads, market mapping, and field activities.
- Source and grow relationships for Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, Wealth Products, Insurance, and Investment Solutions.
- Generate business through proactive customer engagement and outbound sales activities.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide customized banking and wealth solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to increase wallet share.
- Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal product and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and digital banking solutions.
- Acquire and expand relationships with High Net Worth individuals for both liabilities and commercial assets.
- Deliver superior customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client relationships.
- Educate clients about new products and enhancements to maximize engagement.
- Organize and lead targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
- Collaborate with other group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and relationship history.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries with a focus on quick turnaround and satisfaction.
