Plant Controller / Controlling Specialist LC Metals (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Independent execution of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and AOP processes
• Standard cost planning and product cost considerations
• Investment Management
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate and divisional guidelines
• Comprehensive analysis, consulting and business partner function vis-à-vis executives
• Identification of optimization potentials
• Preparation of management presentations and decision templates
• Collaboration on global LC Metals standardization, transformation and integration projects
• Harmonization of controlling methods for international locations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a commercial qualification supplemented by relevant professional training
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling; experience in manufacturing or production controlling is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly FI/CO modules including Product Costing, is an advantage
• Experience with SAP BI is beneficial
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good German and English language skills
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and customer orientation
