HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Maintains all electrical equipment and devices in safe working order
- Maintains all electrical systems for all TMH facilities in proper and safeworking order
- Installs new systems and devices in accordance withapplicable codes and standards
- Performs preventative maintenance andnonscheduled work orders

- Exec Director/Facilities
Supervises:
- None
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (e.g., certificate of high schoolequivalency)
Preferred Education:
- Vocational certificate or associate degree inelectrical technology or electronic technology
Required Experience:
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of job-related experience
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Journeyman Competency Certificate issued by the City of Tallahassee.
- Human Resources (HR) may accept a vocational certificate or associatedegree in electrical technology or electronic technology OR four (4) years ofrelevant electrical technology experience in lieu of the required certificate.Experience accepted in lieu of the required certificate will not be applied tothe minimum experience requirement above (i.e., the same experience willnot be counted twice).
