Payroll Supervisor – Trillium Montessori

The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all Trillium Montessori employees, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor, tax, and social insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage salaries, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian payroll, tax, and social insurance requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payroll, preferably within a school or educational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian payroll and labor regulations.
• Excellent Excel and payroll system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
