We are seeking highly motivated and talented Graduate Technology Associates to join our country tech teams. Key Requirements 

Job Purpose

• Perform daily dispute process for both inward and outward for DC, CC, Payments, Merchant checkout, and Unauthorized transactions
• Review and control all dispute-related processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer disputes
• Analyze dispute data and trends to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with scheme settlement and dispute processes
• Provide training and guidance to team members on dispute handling and investigation procedures
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience❶ in banking operations, with a focus on claims and investigations
• Strong understanding of scheme settlement and dispute processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
