Duties and responsibilities of the Night Front Office Host/ess - Flexi Hours role

• Ensure the smooth running of the Front Office during the night shift, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all guests.

• Provide a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while handling guest enquiries and requests promptly.
