Are you called to serve others through compassionate nursing care? Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is a long-term care residence for Sisters who have dedicated their lives to serving God. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our Sisters in a faith-based environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate (Minimum Data Set) MDS Coordinator to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This is a full-time, day shift position. Occasional scheduling flexibility may be required to meet assessment deadlines, attend meetings, or support clinical needs.
We welcome licensed nursing professionals to apply, with a strong preference and priority given to Registered Nurses (RNs). Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are welcome to apply; however, this position requires additional RN oversight for documentation and clinical review in accordance with regulatory requirements.
