About the role
- Ensure that all business transactions documented according to tax and financial reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance to Mercedes-Benz internal guidelines and control systems for financial reporting.
- Perform accounting tasks and monitor day-to-day operation mainly relating to Retails transactions (from CMS)/ Group reporting submission (MIF)
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of information provided to senior accounting manager and other departments.
- Coordinate with shared service team to complete monthly review tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with Controlling team to calculate and record RV Loss Allowance Provision.
- Monthly MIF Submission and coordinate with HQ for any inquiry regarding MIF
- Coordinate with external auditor for hard close and year end closing audit process.
- To provide support data for deferred tax calculation and cooperate income tax calculation.
Retail Portfolio
- Checking transactions and prepare OL/ML portfolio report.
- Checking transactions and prepare Total Portfolio report.

- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Master Degree in Business related
Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in auditing & accounting with holding CPA and CPD license would be advantage
- Audit experience from Big 4 would be advantage
- Experience in financial service industry would be advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Leadership competency and good team player with strong sense of ownership and accountability to bring the team together and align in the right direction
- Good command in English both writing and speaking
- Ability to work with international colleagues at HQ, RHQ
Specific know-how
- Knowledge of finance and controlling reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles
- Experience in group reporting package submission
- Good knowledge in accounting standard, IFRS, VAT and relevant Thai tax law
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP)
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Master Degree in Business related
Experience
