About the role
The Café Manager owns the day-to-day success of the Madison café: its people, its guest experience and its financial results. You will lead the team on the floor, build the systems that keep the café running smoothly, and work closely with the Director of Café Operations, the Bar Lead and the Kitchen Lead to hit the café's goals.
This is a hands-on role. Expect to spend a meaningful part of each week working shifts alongside your team, and the rest on scheduling, coaching, ordering, reporting and planning.
