Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Finance Domain Expertise

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Provide expertise across finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Advise business stakeholders on Oracle best practices and process improvements.

Oracle Fusion Financials

• Lead solution design and configuration guidance for: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Expenses Tax Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business requirements and Oracle standards.

Stakeholder Advisory

• Conduct executive and business workshops.
• Provide recommendations on future-state finance processes and transformation strategies.
• Support decision-making related to complex accounting and system design requirements.

Project Leadership

• Lead fit-gap analysis sessions and solution validation workshops.
• Review functional deliverables, configurations, test scenarios, and business processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production stabilization activities.

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to Oracle leading practices.
• Identify risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Support quarterly Oracle Fusion releases and assess business impacts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of ERP Finance consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, and SLA.
• Experience in multiple Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, financial close, intercompany accounting, and consolidation processes.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS).
• Knowledge of OIC, FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in global finance transformation programs.
• Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail industries.
